Hi there!
These DIY projects are super easy and affordable. I purchased everything from the Dollar Tree, with the exception of the tools that I used, as well as the stock paper (you can use colored construction paper instead).
STEP-BY-STEP VIDEO TUTORIAL:
SUPPLIES
DIY CALENDAR
- 8x10 photo frame
- Magnetic clips
- Stock paper OR colored construction paper
- Gold metallic spray paint (recommended) or acrylic paint
- Scissors
- Printable calendar (Free)
DIY JEWELRY BOX
- Candle holder container (found in candle section of Dollar Tree)
- Spray paint (recommended) or acrylic paint
- Gold foil tissue paper (found mines at Dollar Tree awhile back)
- Printer paper
- Hole puncher
- Acrylic sealer or Mod Podge (recommended)
Note: The acrylic sealer made the gold foil bled onto the white paint. I recommend using Mod Podge instead. It dries clear and the foil will show up nicely.
DIY MOUSE PAD
- Placemat
- Old mouse pad or anything to trace the shape you like
- Pencil
- Gold foil tissue paper
- Hole puncher
- Printer paper
- Scissors
